Questions & Contact
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is Thrive in Place for?
Our services are designed for seniors and individuals who want to maintain their independence at home but could use a little extra support — whether with daily errands, transportation, companionship, or administrative tasks. We also serve families who want peace of mind knowing their loved one has reliable, compassionate help.
Is this a medical or home health service?
No. Thrive in Place provides non-medical personal support and administrative assistance. We do not provide medical care, nursing, or clinical services. Think of us as your trusted partner for everything else — the daily life tasks that make independence possible.
How do you determine what services I need?
It starts with a conversation. We listen to your situation, your priorities, and your preferences, then create a flexible plan tailored to you. And if your needs change over time, we adjust. You can start with any of our three monthly plans and add services as needed.
What's the difference between the three plans?
Our Essential Care plan covers the basics — errands, transportation, and light administrative support. Lifestyle Support adds companionship, full administrative management, and home coordination. Premium Independence is our most comprehensive plan with priority scheduling, travel support, and a dedicated family contact. Every plan can be customized.
Can I add services outside my plan?
Absolutely. We offer a full menu of add-on services including decluttering projects, move management, after-hours support, holiday travel coordination, technology setup, and much more. These can supplement any plan or be booked independently.
What if I need something that's not listed?
Just ask! Our services go well beyond what’s listed here. If we can help, we will — and if it’s outside our scope, we’ll help you find the right resource.
How much does it cost?
Every situation is different, so we provide personalized quotes based on the type and frequency of support you need. Reach out for a free, no-obligation conversation to discuss your needs and get a clear picture of pricing.

Can family members be involved in the planning?
Absolutely. We welcome family involvement and can serve as a communication bridge between seniors and their loved ones. Our Lifestyle Support and Premium plans include dedicated family coordination.
How quickly can services begin?
In many cases, we can begin within a couple of days of our initial conversation. For ongoing monthly plans, we’ll schedule a planning session and can typically start within less than a week.
